Poster presentations -- format requirements

The size for the submitted posters must be ISO A1 (594 mm x 840 mm), portrait format only. Posters must be submitted on the morning of the first day of the conference (September 14, 2015) so that they can be mounted on panels and ready for Poster presentation session at 18:30 on the same day.

Tips for effective posters:

  • Posters should have mostly graphics with as little text as possible.

  • Text on posters should be written in English only.

    • Title: 60 to 80 pt

    • Main headings: at least 30 pt

    • Body Text: at least 20 pt, justified

    • Captions: at least 18 pt, italic.
